Protect Vital CCTV Cameras
STI is announcing the addition of protective housings for closed circuit TV cameras to its rapidly expanding STI Stopper® Line to help stop false fire alarms, vandalism and theft of fire/security equipment.
"They're both a highly practical and inexpensive way to help insure the continuous operation of vitally important CCTV security cameras," said Margie Gobler, STI president and CEO. Constructed of aluminum with moisture resistant cord grips for cable penetration, they help protect cameras from harsh indoor/outdoor environments as well as physical abuse and accidental damage.
Two aluminum models are available-one basic unit (STI-7000K) and another with a heater, blower and sunshield (STI-7100K). Power source for the heater/blower is 24 VAC. Easy access for servicing and installation. Each unit has a spring assisted forward opening lid, a rear link-lock latch and includes a mounting bracket. STI offers a two-year warranty on the enclosure, bracket and electronics under normal use.
