Warranty Information

STI's products are built with pride and we have great confidence in their longevity. As such, we are able to provide a lifetime warranty on the polycarbonate covers and frames, as well as the steel cage products. We will replace, without charge or hassle, any cover that breaks under normal operating conditions. All other equipment, including electronic equipment, has a one year warranty from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. Any product returned to us for out-of-warranty repair will receive a free estimate before any work is done. All products need to be sent back to STI with freight charges prepaid.
