CCTV Technical Support Representative

STI has an immediate full-time position available for a CCTV Technical Support Representative.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting customers with installation questions and troubleshooting problems with analog and IP CCTV cameras and DVR systems
  • Proactively manage, communicate and solve customer issues/requests consistently with minimal supervision
  • Assist with configuration and setup of DVR, NVR and cameras
  • Assist in product testing and evaluation of new CCTV equipment
  • Provide basic sales and product support
  • Provide basic support of networking issues and routers (port forwarding)
  • Log and document all customer interactions and incidents

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years work-related experience with installation and maintenance of CCTV and DVR/NVR systems
  • Basic knowledge of CCTV, IP networking, and computers (Windows 7 and 10)
  • Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking and routers
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs and requirements, translate technical product knowledge to both technical and non-technical customers

Warehouse Worker

STI has immediate Full-time positions available in Warehouse Handler/Order Picker

Job Description

  • Assembles orders and prepares goods for shipment
  • Receives, unpacks, inspects and stores incoming materials and supplies
  • Inventory management
  • Responsible for filling customer orders using a pick list and preparing orders for shipment
  • Uses shipping records to verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders
  • Documents damages and discrepancies for future reimbursement and reconciliation
  • Overall responsibility for receiving and moving materials within warehouse
  • Verifies the inventory quantity and assists in inventory level maintenance
  • Obtains merchandise from bins or shelves and ensures the completeness and correctness of all orders filled

Recruits will perform a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision: typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time. Hours 5:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Compensation commensurate with experience.
