STI's Returns Policy & Form
Return Authorization must be obtained before acceptance of any returned merchandise. If you purchased through one of our authorized distributors, please contact them for return instructions.
Customized products (see below list), EnviroArmour® Enclosures, drop shipments, and expedited charges are nonrefundable/returnable (see below for a complete list of products). A 30% restock fee begins after 60 days of invoice issuance. No return authorization will be processed on invoices over 120 days old. In order to receive credit, product(s) must be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition. Used or altered product(s) will not receive credit. Customers are responsible for returns and shipping costs.

Unauthorized Sales Policy & Disclaimer
Please be advised any person, company or website offering Safety Technology International, Inc. (STI) product(s) on the internet are not necessarily authorized to do so. If product(s) are purchased from an unauthorized individual, group, company or online seller, STI will not honor their manufacturer’s warranty or service product(s).
Unauthorized internet sellers often knowingly mislead consumers by indicating the product contains a warranty the original manufacturer will continue to honor. This is incorrect. STI urges you to use caution when purchasing and to do so from a reputable company.
Any sale of products by an unauthorized source or other manner not authorized by STI will void the warranty.

We will be happy to assist you.
STI’s products are built with pride and we have great confidence in their longevity. A three year guarantee is offered on the polycarbonate covers and frames, as well as the steel cage products. We will replace, without charge or hassle, any cover that breaks under normal operating conditions. All other equipment, including electronic equipment, has a one year warranty from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. Any product returned to us for out-of-warranty repair will receive a free estimate before any work is completed. All products need to be sent back to STI with freight charges prepaid.
This warranty does not apply to batteries or products that (a) have been refurbished, remanufactured or tampered with in any way, (b) experience problems resulting from misuse, improper storage or operation outside of the published environmental specifications for this product, (c) exhibit wear from ordinary use or (d) the product is purchased from anyone other than an authorized STI distributor.
To obtain warranty service, please return the product to place of purchase (with a written description of the problem and print samples) or contact STI customer support. At STI’s option, STI will repair or replace products that prove to be defective with new or refurbished items.
TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LOCAL LAW, THE ABOVE WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND NO OTHER WARRANTY OR CONDITION, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED AND STI SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LOCAL LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL STI OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL (INCLUDING LOST PROFIT OR DATA), OR OTHER DAMAGE, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE.
THE WARRANTY TERMS CONTAINED IN THIS STATEMENT, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT LAWFULLY PERMITTED, DO NOT EXCLUDE, RESTRICT OR MODIFY AND ARE IN ADDITION TO THE MANDATORY STATUTORY RIGHTS APPLICABLE TO THE SALE OF THIS PRODUCT TO YOU.
